The Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday 22 July 2023 at the Woodville Bowling Club, 25 Oval Avenue, Woodville South, as part of the 2023 State Conference.
The Annual General Meeting will commence at 9.30 am on Saturday 22 July 2023 and will include the presentation of reports, the Annual Financial Statement and the election of Office Bearers and Executive Committee members.
Nominations will be called to fill the following Office Bearer vacancies:
President (2 years); Vice President (1 year); Honorary Treasurer (2 years); Assistant Secretary (2 years); and 2 Executive Members (2 year terms).
The image is of the Golden Palace currently on display in the Guild Gallery and stitched by the Tuesday group. A lot of fun and learning was had by the group as this project was stitched.
