Well, this year’s Royal Show is over and many Guild Members took the opportunity to enter the items they have stitched, (or completed) during the year. Not every article that is entered can win a prize but is a chance to show what you have been doing and check other people’s work. Congratulations to all our members that won, or just entered, WELL DONE.
In October the Gawler Branch is part of the GAWLER TEXTILE ART WEEKEND, 14th and 15th of October. This event is run every 2 years. The Gawler Branch is showing their work in conjunction with other groups in the area and those that went to check it out last time know how good it is. There are displays in several venues and of course a chance to add to your stash. A good day out.
