Gumleaf Whitework Sampler 2 day workshop with Carol Stacey

A number of whitework techniques are explored in stitching this design, including 4 different pulled thread fillings with different edgings, padded satin stitch, trailing and tapered trailing, with branches along with some surface stitches. Threads of different structure and thicknesses are used. The shown piece is stitched all in white but if preferred students can use coloured fabric and/or threads of their choice.
